CrossFit Cask Strength is more than a gym.

It is an all-encompassing fitness, nutrition and wellness community. fitness nutrition, mindfulness and sleep are our focus.

Our priority is our members and community. Whether you’ve been training for ten years or ten days, you will be challenged and you will make progress. Our approach is all inclusive and our programs are for everyone. Pain free, full, strong ranges of motion are our goals. Proper nutrition, movement, and recovery are the foundations of a healthy life.

At CFCS we will give you the tools to achieve it. No matter your background or sport of choice, we can help you achieve your own personal goals.
We offer group classes that are run by educated, certified and experienced coaches. We want our training sessions to be fun but also rewarding. We want you to achieve your goals. Our classes are scaled for the individual. Our programming is such that all athletes, regardless of experience will improve in the same class. Our methods are thorough, and we hold ourselves and our members to the highest standards. We are different kind of fitness facility because we are all a part of the CFCS family.
